Room pleasant, comfortable and quiet. Whole place seems to have been recently refurbished. Shame though that the badly stained carpet in the main corridor hasn’t been replace as this gives a very poor first impression. Overall would definately stay again.

Very nice hotel. Staff very polite and attentive. View in morning over lake was stunning. Room was spacious with excellent bathroom and shower Used to go to local old laundry theatre which was. very close walking distance. Nice local restaurants. Excellent breakfast. Very nice hotel. If returning to the area we would use again.

Solid guest service in a comfy spot

My stay was great from the moment I got checked in by Persia who was lovely and even offered to see if the kitchen would prepare me something even though they had just closed. After my long journey from London it was a very good welcome. My room had a beautiful window with a view of the Lake and the mountains. The rest of the staff from the bar to the restaurant was really accommodating and kind. It’s within easy walking distance to restaurants, shops, cinema and the lake of course.

Nice comfortable stay. Breakfast was average no complaints. Room was comfortable and location was great. Although good for us a disability would make this difficult as the hotel is at the top of a steep hill. But overall it was really nice for us.

Lots of hidden costs, like addtioanl charges for breakfast (even though the listing advertises this as being includes) and addtional costs for parking. A poor and dishonest way to conduct business, which ruined an otherwise enjoyable stay.
