Inside, discover an open-concept layout consisting of a stunning kitchen along with a warm and inviting family room that includes an ornamental fireplace. Expertly decorated, guests are sure to admire the use of texture, color, and unique decor. The large kitchen hosts beautiful tile work, a gas stove, wine fridge, coffee bar, farm sink, double oven, butcher block island, kitchen bar with leather seating, eating nook, and so much more! After indulging in your favorite meals at the elegant dining table, gather on the living room's comfortable sofa and tune into a sports game or blockbuster. The home's primary bedroom is located just off the living space and offers a tranquil retreat with picturesque hill country views. Each of the rooms has been dressed in luxurious linens, making rest come easily each evening. Private TVs are also available in each bedroom - ensuring there will be no arguments over the remote.

Outside, enjoy the property's ample outdoor living space while relaxing under the stars with your beverage of choice, gather around the firepit and roast marshmallows, or grill up your favorites on the propane grill.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
