The Sutton getaway w/ pool and private backyard.

A family friendly home with a great outdoor space and private pool. Located in the center of Wilmington, just a short distance from the beaches or historic downtown. Fur babies welcome, Lyla the cat lives here full time, and we ask to please open a provided fresh can of food for her daily.
As we are pet friendly, but PLEASE DO NOT allow dogs in the pool. The hair gets in the pump, and without the knowledge of how to clean it, it will ruin the pump and leave you without a pool.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find a Smart TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a fireplace.

We enjoyed our stay so much that we want to come back next year. We were on our honeymoon and there is so much to do in Wilmington that we didn’t even have time to go to the actual beach. This rental was amazing and the host was very accommodating.
