Zum Holzknecht; a comfortable detached house in a unique location right next to the ski slope and the hiking area in Usseln. This detached family home in a unique location offers everything for a wonderful vacation in the beautiful Sauerland! The vacation home is located in the Diemelsee Nature Park, approx. 4 km from the well-known winter sports resort of Willingen. Whether you want to hike, cycle, cross-country ski or ski in this beautiful nature reserve, all this is literally just two minutes away!
The house has three spacious double rooms with high-quality box-spring beds. These three bedrooms have their own washbasin and each bedroom has a desk and a large closet. There is also a large 6-person bedroom with two high-quality box-spring beds and two bunk beds. This bedroom also has a desk and a large closet. Opposite all four bedrooms are the three wellness bathrooms, each equipped with a steam shower, washbasin and toilet. In addition, one of the bathrooms is equipped with an infrared corner sauna and one (further) bathroom has a bathtub.
The holiday home is located in a nature reserve where both residents and visitors come to enjoy the peace and nature.
Excessive noise or other forms of nuisance are not allowed. After 10 p.m. the nature reserve is quiet. Club, student, bachelor or drinking parties are absolutely not allowed in this property.
It is strictly forbidden to organize any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
