This place is fabulous! Very clean, updated, all great amenities, perfect location, minutes away from Route 66, so close to the Grand Canyon, very cozy. It was exactly what we were looking for. Would definitely, hands down, stay here again. Our host was very accommodating when we arrived early. Enjoyed our stay and made our trip great!

Wonderful vacation rental. Clean, quiet and comfortable. Excellent base for northern AZ adventure. Grand Canyon about an hour away. Bearizona and Coaster park 15 min. About 30 to Flagstaff. Great location 10 min walk to historic Williams! Would definitely stay here again!

Cozy Cottage, walking distance to town and train depot!

Family gathered from near and far to ride the Polar Express Train. Walked to the depot from the super cozy cottage. Amazing custom wood furniture and details by the talented owners! Backyard space with furnished covered patio, gas grill, fire Pit & corn hole game was very family friendly and enjoyed by all. Christmas decor included a lighted live Christmas Tree in the back yard, with the Lighted Town Christmas Tree visible in the distance! Many extras included... more than we anticipated! Would definitely stay again... 5 STARS

Weekend getaway

This place was perfect for our little weekend getaway. It was extremely clean, well stocked and conveniently located. Every little detail was well thought out, including Christmas decorations. As soon as we got inside, our kids found the bunk beds and started saying "this is the best day ever" over and over again. Our littlest one was so sad to leave and asked about the "cabin" as soon as he woke up the morning after we got home. We will 100% be rebooking if we make it back to Williams!!!

Sweet and Lovely Little Cottage

Great communication from the manager. Easy check in. Everything was spotless. Backyard set up is nice. Everything we needed for a quiet relaxing weekend. Definitely will look for this listing in the future when we stay in Williams.

Stoney Cottage

We just returned from our stay at the Stoney Cottage and it was fabulous. The home is updated and super clean. In addition, the owner’s attention to detail far supersedes others. They provide everything you could possibly need for your arrival (water, coffee, snacks, etc.) until you get settled in. Our family of 4 was extremely comfortable and the location was perfect for our needs. We walked into town and utilized the park across the street on several occasions. Judy was fabulous to communicate with and we have no complaints about the property whatsoever. Thanks again for providing us with great accommodations during our trip.

Lovely!

We had an outstanding stay! After staying in various places this property stands out because of the excellence throughout. The owners didn’t use second “good enough” mentality for their rental place. The amenities - a Weber grill, outdoor fire pit, comfortable outdoor patio seating, and a nice gas range and oven with air fryer capacity were enthusiastically enjoyed! I so appreciated that everything was pristine and Judy’s kind and helpful communication prior to our check in. There were loud neighbor dogs that bark intermittently so if you’re sensitive to noise that is the only consideration I can think of that night not be enjoyable. Overall outstanding and so enjoyable! Judy the property manager has done a wonderful job.
