Villa South Beach is voorzien van alle comfort waar het gaat om samen zijn, relaxen, onthaasten, genieten en plezier hebben met elkaar.

De villa ligt zeer centraal op slechts 7 minuten rijden van het populaire Jan Thiel en Mambo Beach, met beiden hun prachtige stranden & goede restaurants zoals Cabana, Papagayo, Zest, Zanzibar & Mood. Supermarkt Vreugdenhil (Spar) zit om de hoek.

De villa heeft 4 tweepersoons slaapkamers, allemaal voorzien van airco, 3 badkamers, een ruime open keuken en een aparte televisiekamer.

De keuken heeft een kookeiland en is voorzien van o.a. een heteluchtoven, combi oven/magnetron, vaatwasser, nespresso-apparaat, melkopschuimer, broodrooster en een Amerikaanse koelkast met vriezer en ijsblokjesdispenser.

Via de dubbele harmonikadeuren komt u op het terras die de hele voorzijde van de villa beslaat en van waaruit u overal fantastisch uitzicht heeft.
Op het terras staat een loungeset en een boomstamtafel die plek biedt aan minimaal 8 personen.
Het houten pooldeck, met buitendouche en verstelbare ligstoelen, omlijst het zwembad aan twee zijden.

Communication was quick and easy. Everything was as advertised. We enjoyed the open air living and spent most of our time on the patio and around the pool. The house was clean. A couple of sodas and a bottle of wine was a nice surprise on arrival. The gift of chair bands was also appreciated. The view was nice and it was a quick walk to the salt marsh to see the wild flamingos (the oath is a bit hidden but a neighbor showed us the way along the drainage ditch). The kitchen was stocked. We commented that a couple extra rolls of toilet paper and an extra roll of paper towels would have been nice. We would recommend this house.
