The rooms were nice. The fridge is not very big, so don’t plan on keeping much cold. The AC didn’t really keep the room cold at night, no matter how hard you tried. They need to look into be all inclusive from the time of purchase it can be added for $1200 a person.

Of the night nights we spent - 1 day we had no service of our room, several days without coffee or creamer left, we had to ask for robes 4 times before we received them. The staff were helpful when asking for service, there was just no follow through.

Second time staying here, service was horrible this time, rooms didn’t feel clean, asked for an adapter twice, nobody came to my room to bring it although they said they would.
