The main floor features a full bathroom, an open-concept kitchen, dining area, and living room, perfect for gathering and relaxing. A washer and dryer are also conveniently located on this level. Ascend the spiral staircase to discover three bedrooms and another full bathroom. Outside, the backyard oasis awaits, complete with a refreshing pool and a tiki bar, ideal for outdoor entertainment. Additional amenities include a grill for barbecuing, an outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach, and a shed stocked with beach chairs for your convenience.
