Close to Brownwood Paddock Square (3 mi), Lake Sumter Landing (5 mi), Gilchrist Pool (.2 mi), Bradenton Family Pool and Rec Center (.6 mi) and minutes away from numerous Championship and Executive Golf Courses including Evans Prairie and Bonifay various rec centers, shopping and restaurants.
The kitchen features new quart countertops and stainless appliances. The home has attractive luxury vinyl planks throughout. The interior is light and bright with a coastal flair. The lanai is glass enclosed with electric shades.
The Master Bedroom has a king size bed with a large dresser, TV, and a custom closet. The master bathroom includes a walkin shower and dual sinks. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have queen size beds. Ceiling fans are throughout.
Kitchen is fully equiped with electric range, microwave, toaster, refrig with ice and water dispenser, large sink, garbage disposal, dishwasher, pots/pans, dishes, silverware, kitchen utensils.
Separte laundry room includes washer/dryer and a sink.
Gas Grill is on patio under the birdcage.
Golf cart is included for your use. It is a 2017 Yamaha Quitech 2 seater with seat belts and locking compartments. Golf Cart Waiver must be signed with lease.
