Prime location for Wildwood

This was our first time staying at this property and it was a very nice stay. We have a large family and the location of one block from the beach and boardwalk worked well for us. It was nice to have three full baths and 5 bedrooms. (4 showers if you count the outdoor shower) The central AC was great and the owner kept it at a beautiful temperature. The beach toys and chairs were a plus. The washer and dryer worked well and, again, nice to have with a large family. Just an FYI for those flying in from out of town, like most Jersey shore rentals, sheets and towels are not included. We travelled from across the country and had family local that provided them. This is a lived-in property which is an advantage that we felt comfortable and at home in it. Perfect for when you are at the beach with lots of kids. It is set up nicely for families. The pillows were great. Overall, we would absolutely stay here again.

This home is beautiful and spacious. The owner is very nice. They provided all the beach supplies such as beach chairs, umbrellas, beach games, boogie boards, and sand toys. Our group consisted of ages from 17 to 75. The house is a little over a 1 block walk to the boardwalk. It was very convenient to spend a few hours each day on the beach and walk back to the house. The 2nd floor porch is just off the very large living room and furnished with a lovely new patio set. We watched the Friday night fireworks right from the porch as they were set off at the beach at the end of the street. The street is located between the 2 larger piers. The tram car was convenient when we ventured to the other ends of the boardwalk. This house is very comfortable and relaxing. I highly recomend staying at this location.

Amazing host with a great big place near the Boardwalk

If this group ever goes back to Wildwood, we will definitely seek to stay here. David was an amazing host - responsive, attentive, and friendly. The house is in an amazing location, exactly where we wanted to be. Plenty of space. Watch the fireworks from the deck. Highly recommend!

We stayed with a few families and teenagers. Our host was very accommodating and friendly. He asked to stop in to fix something that was broken from a previous stay and also check on a wifi issue. Dave was very accommodating and took care of everything quickly. We unfortunately had a cracked window upon leaving. Luckily we purchased the renters insurance. I notified the owners immediately and they were understanding and fixed it.

Family vacation

Great family time together. Accommodations were excellent. Location of condo was convenient to all activities we wanted to attend, walking distance to restaurants, boardwalk etc. Already making plans for next TROG event

Weekend Trip

We had a really enjoyable stay at this beach rental! The location is fantastic – just a short walk to the beach and boardwalk. The place was clean and well-equipped, making it easy for us to cook a few meals at home. The bedrooms were comfortable, and we appreciated the extra touches, like beach chairs and toys. The host was friendly and quick to respond whenever we had questions. All in all, it was a fun and relaxing trip, and we’d definitely consider staying here again.

Location, location, location!

Great vacation home close to the boardwalk! Comfortable 5 bedroom home. Spacious living room and bedrooms. Bedroom setup was great for teens and their friends with 2 beds in 3 of the rooms. Owner was friendly and responsive to questions.

Wonderful stay

We had a fabulous stay. We had our children and 2 grandchildren stay with us everyone had their own floor and bathroom. This was amazing! I’m addition it is 1 block to boardwalk and beach. Kitchen is well stocked. Beach toys and chairs for guests to use. Dave the owner is very personable. Grab this one is you have a few families coming to wildwood!

Great Location and Comfortable/Functional Space

David's house was perfect for our ladies trip to the beach! It was comfortable and provided plenty of space for the 6 of us to not feel crowded. The location was perfect (a quick 1 minute walk to the boardwalk) and prime beach location. David was a responsive host and promptly answered the few questions we had. The counters and kitchen floor were a little sticky upon arrival, but there were plenty of cleaning products to quickly fix that. Nothing that impacted our wonderful and relaxing time in Wildwood (only mentioning it as an FYI for more particular guests). We loved our trip and would definitely stay here again.

Great House But Needs Cleaning

The location of this house is fantastic. It's a block from the beach and right in the middle of the boardwalk. It's well-appointed overall, but it does need a more thorough cleaning and a few furniture updates. The layout worked well for our group which ranged from ages 2 to 70. The place was also well-stocked with starter supplies and beach stuff, and the newer mattresses were very comfortable. We did have some issues though, such as when the AC stopped working for 2 nights. We ended up having to buy some fans to try to keep cool, but I do have to say that Dave was very responsive through the whole ordeal. He had the HVAC company come out ASAP to try to resolve the issue, reimbursed us for the fans, and gave us a partial refund for the inconvenience so I can't really complain much about that other than that it happened and wasn't fun. We also felt some areas were dirtier than would be expected. The shower curtain liners all had mold on them and the tubs & showerheads had black gunk on them when we got there. We scrubbed the the showers and Dave got us new shower curtain liners right away though. The living room and deck furniture pieces were comfy but in need of updating, and it had clearly not been cleaned under in a long time. The floors need a good cleaning as well, as they made all of our feet black. Overall, the house has a great structure, layout, location, and hosts & was a good choice for us. With a few updates & some cleaning it can definitely be near the top.

Amazing Beach House

We have been staying in WW for 20 years, and this will definitely be our house for all future trips! Everything in working order and good shape. Perfect location, lots of room for multiple families to spread out. Owner super friendly and outgoing. So Happy to find this Gem!

Perfect Location!

This was my second time staying at this property and the location and size are hard to beat. The house is big enough to fit our four different families ranging from 1 year to nearly 70. It’s less than a 5 minute walk to the Boardwalk and the fireworks from the porch are perfect with young kids. We had a couple issues when we first arrived but Dave responded immediately to handle things and stayed in communication. I would definitely stay here again.

Spacious condo in the heart of Wildwood

Finding a 5 bedroom, affordable, spacious condo that doesn't break the bank is not easy. This condo met all of our needs for a family of 9 traveling with a one year old. One queen size matress on the third floor. The owners were easy to contact during our stay and very accomodating.

Magic on Maple

Wow wow wow! Location location location! You’re one street from the boardwalk/dog beach (which is perfectly fantastic for families!) there’s so much to between the beach and the boardwalk and the town that leaves your car in the driveway and strollers ready for the kids. What a fantastic location! The house: The space is even larger than it appears. We stayed with one other couple and a total of 3 toddlers (ages, 1.5, 2, and 3.5) We did have trouble with some of the queen beds being uncomfortable and we contacted David and he immediately purchased a mattress topper that was incredibly helpful. The hospitality was amazing and he mentioned that they place to re-evaluate the beds for next season. It’s not everyday you stay someplace where the owners are that quick to accommodate. It was super appreciated. The outdoor shower and yard outback was an awesome perk. And the deck has incredible views of the fireworks on Fridays! 10/10 will be staying here again.

Excellent property for families.

This property works very well for grandparents and their adult children and the grandchildren. It divides into 3 different areas with plenty of beds to sleep and a full bath on all floors. It is with in a block of the boardwalk and beach. Dave and Summerann Clarke are superb hosts. We were met when we arrived and given a tour of the property. As soon as they were aware of a coffee maker not working another was delivered by Door Dash within two hours. It was a pleasure to deal with them and I would highly recommend the property and the hosts.
