The rooms are very neat and clean and the service was great there. The pool was nice and clean as well. It wasn’t crowded and everyone was friendly. I would definitely stay there again.

We had a great weekend stay. All the other guest were nice and the kids all played together in the pool. We were allowed to check in a little early which was nice.

This was a last minute booking for me and my family and overall it was great. Walking distance to the beach and boardwalk. The space in the apt was great for 6 people, there’s a swimming pool for kids as well. The place was pretty clean two queen beds and sofa bed, the only bad thing about the sofa bed was that the sheets were dirty and mattress was so thin but overall it was great!

The room I stayed in was very clean and included all the necessary amenities. The owner is very kind and helped me with an issue I had with my stay. I just gave 4 stars instead of 5 becuase at times he was hard to reach and there was not clear check out instructions.

Huge Disappointment

Check-in was a joke. We arrived at 5pm, check-in hours were 4-10pm. There is no one on site. Ever. There's a sign on the office door to call the manager. I called several times and no one answered. One of the other guests told me to go to a hotel across the street because sometimes the manager hangs out there. He wasn't there, but the person at the desk had the manager's personal cell. He picked up first ring for them. He gave us a code to access the key in a lock box. It was the wrong code. It took over an hour to get him to come to the hotel to let us in. He reluctantly gave us a parking permit for the lot. Every other car in the lot had one but ours. The room was typical of a run-down, grungy Wildwood motel and smelled overwhelmingly of disinfectant. They did not supply wash cloths in the bathroom. Beds were rock hard, bedding flimsy. The pool was cloudy with bugs and clumps of hair despite being cleaned right before we went in. I would never go back here and I feel ripped off for what I paid.

Ocean view!

This hotel had a great location close to beach and nice pool. We had view of ocean, beautiful! Staff was friendly and efficient, room nicely decorated in nautical theme. We did not cook but there was electric stovetop in room as well as coffeemaker, microwave, and fridge. Also places to grill and tables near pool.

Checked in and was told plumbing problem and had to stay across the street. The room smelled, fan did not work, there was no AC in main room only in back bedroom, there were flys, outlets did not work to charge cell phones, people were drinking and partying loud until 2:15 am, it was an awful horrible experience and I will never stay at Cara Mara or Gold crest where they made me move again and gave no money off. Expedia should credit me some money. These are not resorts but 1 star motels.
