Prime location- great views and right at the entrance to the boardwalk leading to the beachBeverage fridge Balcony- 4 chairs/ no tableOutside showerGrillNicely decorated Maintenance issue/ fixed same day- communication is great with the management teamComfortable living roomHuge fridgeIce maker in freezer a plus for packing beach coolersCons- One bathroom in main living area( other in master bedroom upstairs) One parking space- tight. Other guests will have to either pay for street parking outside condo or park a few blocks away( free) Smaller washer/ dryer( space saver) Will definitely return!! The pros definitely outweigh the cons!!
