近超市及可步行市中心，但十分嘈吵，因近馬路。後門鎖壞了，鎖不了，睡覺及出外時提心吊膽。沒有門外私家泊車位，要在後街泊車，監看不見車輛是否安全。沒有後備床單更換，28內天睡同一張床單。
