Recently renovated home a stones throw away from the famous Old Pulteney Distillery in Wick. Perfect for an overnight stay or longer, when touring the NC500 or exploring the surrounding areas. The property is a two minute walk from the harbour and a 5 minute walk from the town centre. Wick is a 20 minute drive from John o' Groats where there are daily ferries to the Orkney Isles.
The property is over three floors, the ground floor consists of a kitchen with breakfast bar and living area with a large corner sofa and smart TV.
The first floor has a large double bedroom with a smart TV, another large bedroom with a sofa bed, a single toilet and a family bathroom with a large bath and electric shower.
The top floor has a single bedroom with a smart TV with views of the Old Pulteney Distillery and the north sea and another double bedroom with smart TV.
WIFI is throughout the whole property.
To the rear of the property there is a large enclosed garden which comprises of a brick built BBQ area with seating, basketball court, decking and seating area, children's play-area with seesaw and swings, large grass area and woodland area with bird feeder.
The key can be accessed from the key lock box at the property. The lock box security code will be sent on the day of check in.
There will be a welcome pack within the property with relevant information about the property and places to explore in the surrounding areas.
Guests have full access of the property and outdoor area.
Pets are welcome, additional charges will apply.

Was a very nice place to stay!!!!! Stayed for 3 nights. Place was clean and well stocked with all amenities. Back yard was amazing!!! We had beautiful weather when we were there and made good use of the space. Thanks!!!

Great spacious and clean property
Katrina the host was very helpful and answered all my questions before arrival. We are a group of 4 Motorcyclists completing the NC500 and this place has excellent secure bike parking in the courtyard garden. House is very clean and tidy. Perfect for what we wanted at a great price.
Property improvement suggestions - put more showers in - just 1 shower between 4 bedrooms, could do with a second one. And lastly a very small thing but an easy fix - get a proper bed for the 4th bedroom (2nd bedroom on 1st floor next to bathroom) this was like a hard, wood framed leather sofa, it was hard and uncomfortable. Loads of room in there for a proper double bed. The other 3 beds were superb and comfy.thanks Katrina, we would stay again.
