You will have access to the entire Lakehouse property with an optional 1 bedroom apartment for $50/night (Not included in counts below). You will privately have the place to yourselves. Total of 7 Beds, 2 Kitchens & 3 Bathrooms. Private Backyard, Patio & Dock. Smart TV/ Roku add on on all 9 TV's in the home. Exceptional Lake Views! Marble Floors, granite, and quartz through out home. High end Neighborhood. Exterior surveillance monitoring. Fishing, swimming, paddle boating allowed.

On the main level of home there is a master king bedroom with attached balcony and bathroom, another bedroom with king size bed and attached bathroom, and a full size bedroom. On the upper levels there are two beautiful & spacious queen rooms with Lake views.

In the lower level there is a King Bedroom and a full size bedroom with a walk out patio which is absolutely Perfect for watching the sunset.

Great location, big house

Huge house with tons of bedrooms and space for everyone. We used it for a family reunion (5 families with kids) and it was the perfect size.Favorite things: playing on the dock, space, well stocked kitchen, plenty of cooking areas, tons of windows

Overall Great experience

This was an overall great place to stay! The neighborhood is beautiful, the house is also beautiful. It could have been cleaned a bit better, but overall no real complaints. The wall sized mirror in the downstairs bedroom did fall off the wall exposing a door to the water heater which was a little weird and scary to the friend staying in the bedroom! The light pole outside also fell while we were away one day. Could probably use a facelift or deep cleaning but we enjoyed our stay. There was PLENTY of room and the views made up for everything else. If and when we come back we would love to stay in the same place!

Great house with tons of room!

Our family and some friends stayed at the house to watch the March Madness games. We had plenty of room. Went for a walk each morning and the neighborhood was beautiful. If we are ever in Wichita will stay again.
