The host was very responsive and helpful, even let us come back a couple days after we checked out to pickup our air mattress we forgot. The house was very spacious. Air hockey, hot tub and theater chairs were a big hit.

The magnolia house was absolutely gorgeous, very clean. It had everything we needed. Located close to restaurants, grocery store and shopping. Host was very accommodating. Neighborhood was safe.

Our stay was very enjoyable and we were surprised with some of the amenities of the house. However, the house was listed as a 6 bedroom (5 in the smaller print) in the search engine. I will accept responsibility for not checking this more closely but the house only has 5 bedrooms. I view this as a misclassification that needs to be corrected. We had 6 men in our group and one was not able to have a bedroom.

We were in town for our daughter’s wedding. It was meaningful to have family stay all together leading up to weekend festivities. Kitchen was well equipped to enjoy all meals. Relaxed in pool to escape heat. Parking was a challenge. We had multiple cars to transport wedding decorations. It was difficult to park 4 cars in driveway. Not many options for additional parking in cul de sac. Overall very happy with stay!

Great place!

We had a group of gym owners and coaches here for the weekend. Check-in was a breeze. The house and all of it's amenities were great for resting and recovering from our full training schedule. The house, pool, hot tub, and all outdoor areas were clean and well maintained. The upstairs kitchen was great, and we enjoyed cooking proteins on the fancy fire pit. The downstairs movie area was a great place to unwind. My single regret is that none of us had time to try out the air hockey table.

We had a wonderful family weekend at this beautiful home. We enjoyed the house and kids amenities, from the high chair and pack n play to the mini kitchen and reading nook. The pool was fantastic. We had plenty of space with the 5 bedrooms, large gathering areas and outdoor space.

The Magnolia House has something for everyone! It is conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood near sports games, shopping, walking trails, park, restaurants, and night life. If you are looking to just stay in, there is plenty of things to do for all ages. The host is easy to reach if necessary and communicates only when neccesay. I will definitely be booking this property again!

Mainsgate Wichita Rental

Lots of room for gathering. Nice for everyone to have their own space. Pool space is nice but foliage is weedy. Ant problem in the kitchen so we couldn’t leave food out at all. It has been everything you need for cooking inside and out. Game room down stairs is great also.

Graduation

Our family stayed at the home coming into Wichita for a family graduation. It was clean and had plenty of things to keep us occupied. The pool and out door area were great as well the basement had lost of games. Thanks for letting us stay in your beautiful home.

The house is beautifully built and fits any small family stay.The house supplied everything you could imagine ( Air fryer,seasoning,etc)The Hot tube was clean. The pool was warm and clean.I recommend the property

Wonderful Large Gathering House

This house was wonderful, and they were super accommodating when we needed to deal with some inclement weather that came through. It comfortably slept a full house of adults with plenty of space. Everything you could need in the kitchens to cook large meals and several small kitchen appliance options.
