Safe, quiet, great location, all in all a wonderful stay. However, a little slow on communication, late check-ins and early checkouts on vacation aren't the best. Most hotels are much better with accommodating an hour here or there for check-in or checkouts, so a little let down by that.

We had a good stay. I think the exterior lighting of the hallway going to the exterior door was very dark. I think the property could have better lighting around the pool and hot tub area as well as lighting in the interior / exterior walkways to the front doors. Overall a great stay.

Property was pretty nice. Only issue was it backed on to the highway. It was a hot week and it would have been nice to sleep with the windows open due to the lack of AC in bedrooms but it was too noisy to open them. Otherwise it was good.

Excellent experience, except that we had to figure out how to park our vehicle. It would have been better if instructions had been provided beforehand on using the access card for parking. Overall, excellent communication throughout, although there is no front desk at the property.

Clean and a convenient location.

The unit was clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen including a crockpot. The complex is right across the street from the grocery store in Whistler Village. They provide one packet of coffee and one laundry soap so bring your own or pay the higher prices at the stores in Whistler.
