No cleanliness in rooms. If you complain to front desk, they don’t do much to assist you. I also had numerous times whereby I was locked out of the building and my room as my key cards were cut by front desk accidentally apparently and I was left waiting around for bystanders to let me into the building from the pool amenities. The ceiling fan in our room was very noisy and loud.

Whistler-Blackcomb by Vale Resorts has become an elitist capital venture catering primarily to foreign tourists in an area carved from what once was a BC provincial park. Basic elements like hiking trails are now inaccessible without payment. Not an appropriate comment for a property review? I disagree, the paying customer holds the power here, so pressure is on you property owner to influence the development of the resort municipality. The alternative? We ski the Okanagan instead. Or you can make Whistler friendly to BC residents again.

close to the ski lift . Overall the property is clean , convenient. However they control the departure time too strict . I leave the room at 11:30 to parking , I still have Sth left in room ,when I returned to the entrance the key didt work , that means you have to leave at 11:30 … Otherwise you will be locked in the parking lot … it is my first experience in so many travels …
