Light filled home with cathedral ceilings on 2 +acres with a large rolling front yard set in the woods. Enjoy sledding & mountain views in winter & wildflowers in the spring/summer, beautiful foliage in the fall. Large stone fire pit for your use.

Two sets of French doors open to the deck/front yard (French doors in living room & in Bedroom #2). With 3 queen beds and 1 loft/twin bed, guests will have a wonderful night's sleep. Bedroom #2 has a charming loft bed & a Queen bed. Bedroom #3 has large windows enveloped in woods where gentle sound of the stream will lull you to sleep. Large Master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, large closet & and desk with a chair for a convenient work space. Master bedroom & bathroom are wheelchair accessible. Luxurious oversized master bathroom/shower room. Enjoy amenities like new induction stovetop/oven, AC, WiFi, dishwasher & washer/dyer. Our Tesla panels will power the house in an outage. Flat driveway close to entrance, no stairs, ramp to enter house. Wheelchair accessible. Couch opens to sleep 2 extra guests & to elevate feet.

Close to iconic Vt Country Store, Weston Playhouse & Priory. Minutes to Okemo, Bromley, Stratton & Magic for skiing, 10 min ride to 2 different supermarkets & many restaurants. Short drive to Manchester oulets & Rutland. Near Lowell State park, hiking & swimming @ Hapgood Pond.

This was a great spot for a family weekend at Okemo. The house in the woods was as advertised and worked great. I was particularly grateful to the host for timely communication and flexibilty. I would recommend this property highly.
