This property was creatively photographed to not show how much of a dump it is. It is way overpriced for the location and how gross this house is. Every “update” here looks like a DIY gone wrong!-When you walk in the door, there is an air vent straight ahead of you. It was covered in dust, dirt, bugs. The little porch area in front of the door looks like it will fall apart any second. Walking into the main living room and kitchen, it immediately smelled like mildew. There were ants on the floor in the living room. Spiders on the walls and ceiling. -The bedrooms were so hot. If you need the upstairs bedrooms as well, I hope you’re comfortable sleeping naked because otherwise you will sweat to death. The fans basically just blow hot air. The mattresses are like sleeping on a rock. The rug in the master looked like it had never been cleaned. The second bedroom on the main level has no room to open a suitcase because the bed takes up the whole room. There was a hole in the drywall upstairs like someone punched it. If you’re tall, don’t stay here. The bathrooms are so low, if you’re over 5’8, you’re hitting your head on the ceiling. There is NO bathtub if you have small children. -Lastly, they mention in the listing that there is a little road noise. This is such an understatement. The house is on the corner of a busy intersection that has nonstop traffic. It sounds like a car is coming through the house! They advertise parking in the garage but it smells like mold and death.
