We loved the location and charm of this home. The outdoor space is really nice as well. Just for information, they are currently building a house next door which may be noisy during the week day hours. We were there on the weekend and they were there for just a couple hours on Saturday and not at all on Sunday. We would stay again and had a great stay!

Nice location and nice house. Outside area was our favorite. Just a few hiccups like half bath wasn’t usable and electrical outlet in Jack and Jill bathroom wouldn’t work (even after resetting it) but overall good stay.

Relaxing home in a great location

Our experience at the Mar-a-Lago retreat house was exceptional in every way. The host was professional, attentive, and made the check-in and check-out process seamless. The house itself was charming, comfortable, and beautifully decorated with a coastal vibe. We especially loved the relaxing backyard and the pool area. The location was ideal — perfect for sunset strolls by the water, close to great restaurants, and just a quick drive over the bridge to Mar-a-Lago. Having stayed at several vacation rentals in West Palm Beach before, this one stands out as the best. The value for the location and amenities is unbeatable!

Never Again

This is our first VRBO. We selected this property base on the pool and outdoor areas. Everything was good until we walked out back to check out the pool. The entire back yard and pool was covered with, leaves, tree branches, dirt etc. I immediately contacted Blake. He explained it’s due to the storms. If he knew that then he should have had someone set up to clean it prior to our arrival. He said he could have someone there the next day to clean it. In the meantime he told me where the blower was that I could use to clean it myself. We tried to clean the pool and surrounding areas and our efforts were pointless. Nobody came the next day either. I contacted Blake again and he assured me someone would be there the next day. Someone did come the next day. Walked into the house while my wife was there announced. Scared her terribly. That is unacceptable under any circumstances. On top of that he said we would need a professional to come clean the pool properly. We booked this with anticipation of my family swimming in the pool a lot. Instead we had to go to the hotel other family members were staying to use their pool. Of course their pool was clean. My son got bitten by an ant while laying in his bed. I found crawling up my leg while in the bathroom. This should have been handled better and a refund should be offered. I am extremely disappointed and will probably never use VRBO again
