These detached accommodations at Resort de Rijp are all constructed in the traditional Zaan style.

You can choose from a variety of comfortably furnished types. The L-shaped, 6-person De Rijp type (NL-1487-03) offers a very spacious layout. The Waterland type is available as a 6-person villa (NL-1487-04) or an 8-person villa (NL-1487-06). The Velthorst type (NL-1487-07) is a single-storey chalet.

Whichever accommodation you choose, you will have a spacious garden and a terrace with garden furniture.

Unterkunft OK, Lage top.

Unterkunft war OK, Gartenmöbel dreckig und vollgekotet, Wasserhahn im Bad locker, Dunstabzugshaube drohte abzustürzen, Schranktür über Kühlschrank war kaum zu öffnen Scharniere falsch angeschraubt, leider keine Ablagemöglichkeiten im Badezimmer.

Sympathique , juste des difficultés à entrer dans les lieux après 23h car interdiction de rentrer avec les voitures, A 30 min d’Amsterdam, faut pas avoir la flemme de conduire aller retour. Sinon le lieu est très agréable et dépaysant

Séjour agréable entre amis par contre il y’avais pas mal de fourmis dans la maison les serviettes ne sont pas prix en charge il faut payer en plus , sinon pour aller à Amsterdam c’est très facile à 30 minutes sinon je recommande

Toller Kurzurlaub!

Das nett eingerichtete Ferienhaus liegt in einer schönen Gartenanlage. Der Blick aus dem Wohnzimmer geht über die kleine Anliegerstraße, einen kleinen Bach zu dem Spielplatz und dem ebenso kleinen Streichelzoo. Auch die etwas weitere Umgebung läd ein zum Spaziergehen oder Joggen. Der Pool ist überschaubar und wurde bei Ferienbeginn erwartungsgemäß recht voll, ist aber für eine kleine Abkühlung völlig OK. Unser Haus war nett eingerichtet, sauber und völlig ausreichend ausgestattet. Also ALLES IN ALLEM können wir es guten Gewissens empfehlen!

Gute Anlage mit bester Ausgangslage

Sehr ruhig und entspannend gelegen. Was man wissen muss das dort eine Flugschneise ist. Man hört die Flugzeuge recht laut, aber nicht störend. Die Anlage haben wir auf Anhieb leider nicht gefunden. Es ist leicht zu übersehen. Am Ortseingang gleich links .. zwei Flaggen markieren den Eingang. Von dort kommt man sehr gut und schnell zu den schönsten Orten Nord Hollands. Das Haus ist geräumig und war recht sauber. Wir hatten alles vorsichtshalber mit (Putzmittel, Töpfe ) brauchten wir aber nicht. Es war genau für 6 Personen ausgestattet. Mikrowellen dienen als Backofen. Aus den Wasserhähnen kommt sehr wenig Wasser, kein Wasserdruck. Das führt zu längeren Duschzeiten :-) Wir waren im April dort und können uns sehr gut vorstellen das man im Sommer Mückenspray braucht. Die Kinder können gut mit den Fahrrädern durch die Anlage sausen. Insgesamt macht es einen guten Eindruck. Bis auf das Haus und dem Mini Bistro haben nichts weiter genutzt in der Anlage. Kommunikation läuft über Holländisch oder Englisch. Unser Fazit .. wir kommen gerne wieder, die Region ist ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt zu vielen schönen Orten/Attraktionen.

Urlaub zum Abgewöhnen - einmal und nie wieder mit Belvilla

Wenn ich den Aufenthalt in dem hier von Belvilla angebotenen Ferienhaus in einem Wort zusammen fassen müsste, dann träfe es "Katastrophe" am besten. Das Haus ist, trotz geringen Alters, in einem abgewohnten Zustand. Schon bei der Ankunft wehte uns ein übler Hundegeruch entgegen. Wir haben selber einen Hund, aber solch eine Geruchsbelästigung ist vollkommen inakzeptabel und wäre bei entsprechender Reinigung auch vermeidbar (zumal die Ausdünstung vom Wohnzimmerteppich herrührte). Wo wir beim Thema Reinigung wären: Die Toiletten waren braun verfärbt, in den oberen Schlafräumen befanden sich überall Spinnweben sowie dicker Staub. Ein Blick hinter die Heizung und unter die Betten liessen erahnen, dass hier nie geputzt wurde. Im Badezimmer ist ein Waschmaschinenanschluss, aber keine Waschmaschine. Der Zufluss ist nicht verschlossen sodass das Haus nach Abflussrohren müffelt. On top dann noch die Ausstattung des Hauses - ein absoluter Witz! Wir haben noch nie ein 130 qm-Haus mit so wenig Mobiliar gesehen. Lieblos, abgewohnt und in keiner Weise ansprechend. Ein Beispiel? Es gibt drei Schlafräume, aber nur einen Kleiderschrank unten (ohne Bügel). In den obigen Schlafräumen befinden sich ausser je zwei Betten nur zwei quaderförmige Hocker als "Nachtschränke, ansonsten gar keine Möbel. Unglaublich in dieser Preisklasse! Küchenausstattung? Praktisch nicht vorhanden. Müslischalen, Eierbecher, Toaster, Auflaufform, Dosenöffner? Fehlanzeige. Die Liste liesse sich beliebig fortsetzten. Das vorhandene Geschirr war dreckig, teilweise noch mit Lippenstift von Vormietern. Im Übrigen gab es auch nicht einmal einen Wäscheständer. Wir haben uns selbst einen gekauft. Putzen konnte man auch nicht mal eben - es war kein Putzmittel, kein Eimer, kein Aufnehmer oder sonstiges vorzufinden. Ein Besen war da, aber dieser war mit Tesafilm am Stiel zusammengeklebt. Über den ungepflegten Garten (in dessen strassenzugewandten Bereich irgendwann mal jemand zum Unkraut zupfen kam), will ich erst gar keine Worte verlieren. Wir hätten normalerweise versucht, wegen dieser doch eklatanten Mängel Belvilla zu kontaktieren, haben dies jedoch nicht getan da es sich schon im Vorfeld als schier unmöglich erwies, überhaupt eine Antwort zu bekommen (wir wollten umbuchen wofür uns jedoch eine horrende Summe berechnet werden sollten). Dieser Urlaub ist mit Sicherheit der erste und letzte, den wir über diese Firma gebucht haben und wir würden dies auch niemandem empfehlen. Nie wieder.

Super Lage aber dreckiges Haus

Die Umgebung ist toll. Das Haus ist schön gelegen direkt am Wasser. Aber die Unterkunft war dreckig. Essensreste an den Polsterstühlen. Die Matratze war durchgelegen. Betten müssen selbst bezogen und abgezogen werden. Viel Staub.
