Free Shuttle service from the front of the townhome to Mt Snow, the Town of Wilmington and throughout RT-100 for access to restaurants and bars.

* - Primary renter must be 30 and over

*- Pets will be considered( Type, size, etc) for a fee of $75/ up to 3 night stay. $150 for anything over 4 nights. Please inquire about your pet before booking.

*- Once Booking is confirmed a rental agreement will be required to be signed with a photo id

*- A preauthorization charge of $500 will be placed on your CC in leu of a refundable security deposit just prior to checkout. This charge will be released no later than 5 days from your departure.

Our stay at the house was great. We enjoyed the indoor hot tub. Being on the shuttle route made getting to and from the mountain super easy. House was very comfortable and it had everything we needed.

Solid ski condo

It is the vintage of most of the ski condos around Mt. Snow, but had everything needed, on the shuttle route, convenient location, good hot water, nice fireplace, and no problems.

Great stay near Mt. Snow!

We had a fabulous time staying at this comfortable house less than a mile from Mt. Snow. The house was well stocked with just about everything you would need for a long ski weekend. Bedrooms were roomy and beds were comfortable, plenty of hot water, great spaces to hang out and play games after a day of skiing. The only thing that would have made this place perfect would be ski in/ski out access, but the mountain is just a little ways down the road and parking was pretty easy, especially during the week. The property manager was great, even called me to make sure we were doing OK! A couple more blankets might be helpful. Overall, a terrific place to stay! Thanks!
