We loved our stay at this house! Plenty of room for our family of 7. We enjoyed daily use of the hot tub in the evening and watching family movies on the huge couch. Great location to enjoy Wells Beach and visit Oginquit, Kennebunkport and Portland. Host was quick to respond when we had an issue with the internet. We even decided to stay an extra night because we were having a great trip! We would def come back!

What Every Vacation Rental Should Be

Perfect spot for our annual sisters reunion. The property has a big kitchen and an outdoor grill for easy meals. There are comfortable beds and two full bathrooms and plenty of space for gathering -- even when you can't be outside enjoying the hot tub and fire pit. The big round table in the kitchen is perfect for hanging out. It's nicely decorated without being cheesy or cluttered. We love staying here and look forward to staying again next year.

Amazing Experience

We booked this home for a family vacation to Wells Beach. Ages ranged from my 84 year old father and my 5 month old son. This was also a great find for our furry travelers.The bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor was PERFECT for my father who has limited mobility. The house was astonishingly clean, and the availability of cookware, utensils, glasses, and basic seasonings was perfect. We also took advantage of the lovely hot tub. This house is a hidden gem and we hope to return in future years!

Extraordinary Cottage

Lovely property! Truly a unique find. The cottage was so clean, with high end finishes, and well equipped kitchen. We travel with pets so appreciative of the minimalistic decor, so that we did not have to relocate decorations when we went out (smart). We will book again…so very comfortable!

Christmas getaway

I took my 18 year old daughter and her boyfriend , My 16 year old son and his girlfriend here for our Christmas weekend getaway and there was plenty of space with 31/3 bedrooms and 2 big bathrooms a laundry room and hot tub. We cooked and ate in and used the hot tub and enjoyed the beauty and fun of this house. We loved it and didn’t want to leave!! 5 stars!

Costal Escape

We booked this spot for a quick 24 hour get away and it was everything we were looking for and more! The house was exactly as listed, neighborhood was quiet and it was close to some of our favorite restaurants in Wells. We will definitely book again if it’s available when we travel to the area again.

New Construction Gem

This house is new and clean and looks just like the photos. It is nicely appointed and decorated (not too kitchy or cluttered), and it was a great vacation week with my adult family. We enjoyed the hot tub, the propane grill, and the outdoor fire pit. (Word to the wise: don't buy wood at the local store as it is too expensive - there is a better place on Burnt Mill Rd.) The local management contact was easy to reach, and there is plenty of off-road parking. Although this is good choice for adults, it is right on a busy road with a lot of trucks so it might not be good for families with small kids. All in all it is our new favorite place to stay in Wells!

Weekend away

Great house! My husband were looking for a weekend house that allowed our dogs, and was close to Wells Beach. This property was perfect, good location, and super easy check in/out. Hot tub was a great addition. We hope to be back with friends next time!
