Wells Vaca
We debated between a 3 and4 star rating. The location was great, quiet neighborhood, easy access to anywhere. Highly recommend Drakes Island Beach. It is obvious there have been many improvements made to this cottage, it was cute and comfy, and clean. The one area that could still use some updates is the kitchen. Also, it often took multiple tries to get the access keypad to open.

Great Location
Large private yard. Yet located very close to beach and restaurants. We loved to be able to go out and come back and relax in the yard. Comfortable furniture inside and out. Very clean. Full kitchen if you want to cook. Good for young families too.

Great space for family and dog
The house was nice and cozy and had plenty of space for a small family. The backyard and quiet street was perfect for walking our dog. Responsive manager when we had a question.
We would certainly stay again when in the area.
