"Cottage in the Woody" at Seaglass Village Cottages

Unwind in our beach cottage retreat. Tucked into the peaceful woods at the end of a cul-de-sac, our cottage provides a relaxing atmosphere after a day at the beach, which is just minutes away. The cottage accommodates 6 at ease. *No smoking, no pets. ***Pools and Hot tub will be available as of memorial weekend. Clubhouse amenities including gym, library, games (courts), shuffleboard, and Sandbar will be available starting May 1st (Sandbar is weekends only). Sandbar schedule is subject to change. Ask the front desk for the current schedule when booking. *During peak season (June 18th - August 20th) cottage rentals require a 7-night rental, from Saturday to Saturday. Anytime outside of peak season, there is only a 2-night minimum to book. Disclaimer: Please note that all 3 season cottages and 4 season cottages have a sunroom that is not heated. During the colder months of September-May, it may be chilly in the sunroom/t.v. room, we want to advise you of this as we do not provide extra heating. All 4 season cottages will only be 4-person in the winter months.
New sofa, chair and ottoman in the porch! New carpet in great room and new covers on the sofas! This cottage is the only model that has a second half bathroom in the Guestroom! Also there are two dining areas and two living areas which is fairly unique in this community as well. You will be very close to the Clubhouse in this 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath cottage. There is no need for extra expense with a golf cart! This also has central air and ceiling fans in all rooms.
The cottage is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 1.5 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and a phone.

Easy Getaway

This was a last-minute family getaway. The house was perfect for our needs. Very clean and well-appointed. Having the loft and the extra bathroom was ideal. The entire community is very well kept.

Perfect getaway!

My family of 5 stayed here for 3 nights and absolutely loved it! It was the perfect getaway that we felt comfortable with during the current pandemic. It was flawlessly clean with dry cleaner sealed sheet and towel sets for everyone. The cottage had everything that we needed to make meals in. My son loved the loft area and my daughter claimed the sun room as her own! Two of my kids are teens so we weren't able to use any of the club house amenities but the family pool was great and never crowded. The community is packed with cottages but you would never know it; it was so quiet and everyone was so very friendly. We loved Seaglass Village and will absolutely be returning!
