Nestled among the pine trees on a 2 1/2 acre lot in a quiet neighborhood in Wells, Maine. Easy access to Route 1 and just over a mile to the beach, this delightful house offers 4 bedrooms - 2 master suites with king beds and 2 with queen beds. Perfect for family vacations and you're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place.

The house was beautiful. Tons of space. Outside area was really nice. The house suppled lots of extras. We loved we were out in the woods we saw deer turkey and chickens. But we were close enough to the down town, restaurants etc. We hope to be back again.

This home is absolutely beautiful! It’s set in a quiet neighborhood just a short drive to many beautiful beaches, nice restaurants and nearby attractions. We were a group of 7 (2 grandparents, 2 parents and 3 grandchildren) with 2 dogs. There was ample room with all the supplies and amenities we needed. The sunrise from Wells Beach was a nice chance for the dogs to get their beach time. The Marginal Way is a very short drive and a must see when in the area. The grandkids enjoyed York’s Wild Kingdom and the arcade at Short Sands in York just a short drive. Check in and out was accomplished very easily via text message, the instructions for check out were clear. Overall it was a great experience for our family and I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a little extra room to stretch out close to the beach.

Beautifully designed spacious and open— perfect for our family reunion! Large dining table accommodated our entire family. The kitchen was well arranged. The outdoor lobster pot with propane tank was so awesome! Bathrooms had nice toiletries. The only suggestions would be to add some small kitchen appliances like a blender and hand mixer, and common utensils like dry measuring cups and spoons.We had a great and very comfortable stay!
