Welcoming host. Extra helpful in many respects.Clean tidy comfortable accommodation Especially glad to get this accommodation after bookabach cancelled our first booking with no explanation after we had paid. We were not impressed.Thankfully we found the Hidden Gem.

Our host was very accommodating , all essential amenities were available and more. The appliances are premium band, furniture is new and very comfortable, especially the bed. Hidden Gem is an apt description

This is the second time we have stayed at Hidden Gem & it is such a lovely little hide-away. The host is so lovely and helpful and the flat is so luxurious. Definitely recommend!

A gem of an owner of a gem of a property

Christine could not have been a better host. She was very responsive to our needs. She was very informative about where to go eat, places to see and parks to visit. We stayed for three months and was sad to say goodbye to her and her and the property. There was nothing amiss. It truly was a “hidden gem”!

This place is what it states - A hidden gem. Host Christine was very helpful for the stay. The place is very comfortable, clean and has everything you require. We stayed early September 2024 and wished we could have stayed longer. Breakfast provided was amazing. Couldnt fault the accommodation. A lot of food places close by if you didnt want to cook. Definitely a place to stay if you are in the Upper Hutt region.

A Must Stay!

Christine is your host and she is fabulous. The Heretaunga little gem is wonderful. Very clean, comfy bed and a real home away from home. We will be staying again. Highly recommend this place.
