We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cherokee Cabin. Hosts Stacy and Youvina were excellent with communicating about the cabin and the amenities. The cabin was very clean and well stocked. It was a perfect get away to enjoy the Red River Gorge area. We will be back!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The views alone were breathtaking, but what truly made this Vrbo special was how thoughtfully everything was put together. Walking in felt less like arriving at a rental and more like stepping into a beautifully furnished, welcoming home.Every detail was clearly considered. We loved flipping through the guestbook, enjoying the board games, and the s’more supplies were such a fun and memorable touch. It’s those little extras that really made the experience feel personal and special.The accommodations were incredibly comfortable and well-stocked. Having extra blankets, firewood ready to go, full-size bottles of shampoo and conditioner, and a fully stocked kitchen made everything easy and stress-free. We never felt like we were missing anything.You can truly tell the owners care about their guests and take pride in creating a warm, inviting space. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy, well-appointed getaway.

Our stay, there was very pleasant when you first walked in the door you were met with how how appealing and clean. The host was very responsive when asking questions or needed something.. very easy to communicate with the host. They provided a bath towels and cloths as well as cleaning supplies for dishes. The scenery was beautiful. We went hiking a few times as there were things to do in the area. We will come back, hopefully with our kayaks.

This has to be one of the best getaway places in the Daniel Boone forest. We visited in fall and the view from the cabin was amazing. The hosts ensured small details were taken care of and provided everything to make our stay comfortable. Highly recommended!

My stay was fantastic. The property was well stocked with essentials and the view is amazing. Due to recent rain and the levels maintained by USACE, the lake water was at a hight where it was easily seen from the balconies and other parts of the property. Being able to see the water will vary by season and recent weather.The property was clean, albeit the decor was a bit cluttered and there wasn't a lot of space to keep your personal items during the stay without moving things around a bit. I also would have liked there to be shades on the upstairs windows, but I just opened the closet doors and that sufficed. I felt very safe and wasn't bothered at all by animals or the neighbors. There are some other houses nearby, but are about 200 yards down a steep hill.The road up to the cabin is very steep and gravel. Definitely come prepared for that if there is a chance of snow or rain.AC was great and the shower, while tiny, had solid water temperature.Overall a fantastic stay and I hope to be back!

Really appreciated the convenience the cleanliness and all the amenities. Love the Lakeview and the cliffs from the front of the A-frame. It was so hot while we were there, but the cabin was a welcome cooling place coming off the lake. We had no issues and had great communication With the host. I’m sure we’ll be back.

Great experience! Highly recomend!

Our family stayed here over a weekend. The kids loved it! My husband and I had one room and our 3 teens each had their own bed. The kids loved making smores and roasting hotdogs at the fire pit. My husband loved how peaceful it is and I loved the views of the lake from the balconies. The cabin was clean, cozy, and inviting, and the host left thoughtful touches. (My kids were pretty excited about the Ale 8s). We will definitely be back.

Sitting on the porches looking at the view is so relaxing! Plus while you enjoy the view eagles come and fly around the tree tops and its really a site to see.

This place was incredible! Pictures do not do it justice. My husband and I stayed for our anniversary and it was perfect. We love the area, the privacy of the cabin and the amenities were top notch! This is the cleanest cabin we have ever stayed at and we would definitely stay here again.Would love to come back in the Fall!
