Encantador, luminoso y limpio 2 habitaciones, 2 baños, casa móvil directamente en el río St Johns. Muelle y elevador cubiertos para su barco y 2 motos acuáticas. Porche cubierto con una vista increíble del río. Puedes pescar, camarón y cangrejo directamente desde el muelle. La sala de estar cuenta con ventanas grandes para brindar mucha luz natural y un sofá cama extraíble, la mesa de comedor también se convierte en una mesa de juego. El área de la sala de estar se ha actualizado con pisos nuevos de alfombras y pisos de vinilo. Cocina totalmente equipada con horno doble y encimera plana, lavaplatos y lavabo doble de acero inoxidable. Master Suite tiene una cama King Size, tocador doble y bañera / ducha Combo Bath. Great Experience

The property was exactly as listed. Quick response from property manager. Check in process was very simple. All amenities were on site. The view was amazing. Just seeing the boats traveling by, the river, and all the nature around was breathtaking. The property was great, but what really made it special was Welaka Jack, Randy, and the rest of their family. Jack walked over to make sure we had everything we needed. Just a great guy with plenty of interesting stories to marvel over. We talked on several occasions. We met Randy on the day Jack had invited us over for a cookout with his family. The music and the conversation were unmatched. Great place to stay close to anything you want to do but take the time to hear some stories and met the family. Great people that we can wait to see again.

River House

I have been renting this place for years. The location is very nice for fishing the St. John’s River and the management team is great! The property is very well maintained and the property is clean and has all the features that make it easy to bring your own boat and enjoy the water. The owner has been very helpful, always helpful and very friendly. It’s a great place to stay!

River House

I have been here before and have never been disappointed. Unfortunately (for me) the fish weren’t biting, but the location allowed me to get some much needed rest (recovery from 2 major surgery’s in the last 6 months). The visit was cut short because of weather but well worth the trip. As before, the “next door neighbor” Jack, was extremely helpful and always willing to talk about daily issues; Thanks

Perfect Long Weekend Spot

We had an amazing time in Welaka with this incredible house as home base. We probably had more fun playing on the dock than we did running around on the boat. My son was occupied for hours tossing the cast net and fishing, with pretty decent success. The house was better than advertised and had everything we needed and then some. The host were awesome and we had some laughs. I'm sure they would have immediately addressed any issues if we would have had any. We all look forward to visiting again.

Amazing Host, place, and location.

Randy's place was perfect! We were able to dock our boat on the boat lift with no problem and enjoyed the river so much. The home was clean, beds were comfortable, kitchen was perfect, porch was great to sit on and look at the view and Mr. Jack next door was delightful! I'm definitely coming back and would highly recommend this to anyone! Randy if you are reading this, thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your home and we want you to get well soon!!!!
