4 generation family vacation

Such a great family vacation spot.Jumping and floating in the water, paddle boarding, the screened boat house for little ones, the gentle slope to the water, the big kitchen/dining area and just a perfect spot!

Our family had the best time! The property is beautiful and perfect for relaxing and enjoying the water. I cooked dinner every night and the large table gave us an opportunity to actually sit together, have a meal and talk. Family time. Our host was gracious and available if needed. We hope to come back next summer

Beautiful property!

If I could give this property more than 5, I would. It was perfect for our family. The pictures are exactly what you get. They have not been filtered or altered in any way. It’s spotless and feels like home as soon as you enter. And the owners/ host are the BEST by far!! They make sure you have everything you need and all the information you need for your stay.

Would stay again

We had a great time. There are plenty of areas to separate and rnoughnspace for everyone to be together. We had a bunch of teens. Everyone enjoyed the lake and paddle boards. We all enjoyed the stay and will try to stay here again next year if available

The Crescent is Heaven

We absolutely loved everything about this home. Plenty of space, super clean, two fridges, paddle boards, dock and a gorgeous shaded porch. The tip of the crescent has the best morning view and sunsets. We would love to return. Thanks for a great stay.

Perfect Birthday Gift

This was a perfect place for my 65th birthday celebration! We rented a pontoon boat and I brought my bass boat. Everyone loved the accommodations and beautiful sunsets! And we are all coming back in September!

Family Lake trip

In spite of rainy weather, we had an amazing trip. The boys fished from daylight until dark. Great spaces on the porch and TV rooms for football. We enjoyed the fire pit area for s’mores. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home.

Fantastic Fall Break

The perfect house, friendly and responsive hosts, amazing weather! We had a wonderful long weekend. The kids really enjoyed smores in the firepit, doing fun things in the lake, and watching football on the great TVs at the house. I also enjoyed some nice runs around the neighborhood. Thank you for another great stay and we will be back!

Fantastic house for a gathering

This house is incredible for visiting and relaxing. We counted - there are comfortable seats for 36 on seven different seating areas! The house is beautiful and well-maintained and extremely cozy. We will be back!

5 stars across the board

Family of 3 generations ages 4-84. Perfect space for everyone. Slope to water gentle enough for 84 year old. Lake Wedowee is beautiful. Lunar house was awesome-a lot of time spent there. Everything was very clean, kitchen well set up. Boat dock was great for fishing and docking our 19 ft boat. My favorite was the house screened porch with lots of seating. Communication with owner was excellent. Wish I could give 10 stars. We definitely hope to return.

Wonderful property for family vacation

Our group of 3 families - grandparents, adult kids and grandchildren - had a wonderful time at The Crescent. We all loved the spacious lake house and especially the Lunar Lounge and paddle boards! Wonderful amenities and location for young and old. We hope to be back often as we have family living on the lake and nearby in AL and GA. Thank you for a great experience!

GREAT spot! Fantastic lake! We'll go back!

Kelly was a great host, and was accommodating and helpful, especially when we had to work through a plumbing problem. The house fit our family well...2 grandparents, 6 second generation, 6 third generation. Dock was great for rental boat and easy on-off for paddle boards and kayaks. Lake Wedowee is quiet, even on weekends, and the people around that we met we very friendly. Very well-stocked kitchen...better than any rental we ever used before. Family spaces worked well for us...lots of room, and several options for spreading out. Great deck. Our son-in-law has always said that Wedowee is his favorite place on earth. After staying at the Crescent, we see why...and will return. Thanks Kelly!
