We had a wonderful time. The cabin was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The location was wonderful. It provided a quiet stay close to everything we needed. Thank you for a great stay. We definitely plan on staying here again if we can.

The cabin was clean and had a nice little kitchen and sitting area. I'd say it wasn't as secluded as we imagined as it's pretty close to its neighbors and there wasn't an outside area, but that was not the fault of the host communication. It was just not what we expected.Check-in was super easy and quick. The instructions were clear. Check-out just as simple. Close to Weaverville and Asheville. Thank you!

We had a wonderful time staying at this cabin. It is close to dear friends and we could easily get into Asheville without any trouble. After a very tiring time from a death in the family the week before, we had the opportunity to slow down and rest. Sitting on the front porch or inside the living room was so peaceful and a balm for weary souls. We will be back!!!

A Special Treasure

This is a unique and very special log cabin filled with antiques and beautiful cabinetry built by the owner. Everything in it is welcoming, comfortable and fascinating to look at. The owners live next door and are happy to talk with you about the reconstruction of their log cabins.

Lovely and convenient

My husband stayed at the cabin over a long weekend as he attended a woodturning course in Weaverville. He found the accomodations to be just as nice as indicated in the VRBO description. Sorry I had to miss it!

My son and his girlfriend needed a place to stay after Hurricane Helene while they were waiting for their ne This cabin bungalow was perfect for them. It was spacious, clean and quiet and near their work. It was a perfect temporary haven.

Clean, quiet, restful, and close to everything around.

It was perfect for my boys and I. Mrs. Vivien was so nice and very responsive with messaging back. The cabin is so nice. It feels like something one of the founding fathers would have lived in. It was very clean and plenty of room to stretch out, for only being a one bedroom. Everything you could possibly need is down the street this way or that way. Nothing is far away. Beautiful park right down the street. Perfect for kids and/or pets. The Yellow Mug coffee shop is worth trying, as well as Blue Ridge Mountain Pizza. There is a lot of great stuff around there but we only had a short stay. We plan on trying more, next time.i would 100% stay here again.
