🔇 NOISE ORDINANCE
Please avoid loud outdoor noise and music between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM to ensure we maintain a respectful presence in the community.

💡OUTDOOR STRING LIGHTS
Outdoor string lights turn off automatically at 9:00 PM to respect our neighbors. They cannot be turned back on until the next morning.

🐾 PET-FRIENDLY HOME
We welcome any number of pets with prior approval. Please message us about how many pets you plan to bring. Pet fees apply.

🚘 PARKING SPACE
The home's driveway can accommodate up to 5 cars. Street parking is not allowed.

• To ensure your safety and security, there is a single outdoor camera monitoring the front of the house. Rest assured there are NO cameras inside the home.
• A Minut noise sensor is installed in the living area and backyard to ensure local noise compliance. It monitors decibels only and does NOT record audio.

Smart TVs throughout the home support all major streaming apps. You can log in with your own streaming accounts and remember to log out before checkout.
