This was a better than expected experience. The property itself is beautiful (a huge victorian home on the top of a hill surrounded by trees and lush landscaping with no neighbors in sight), peaceful (including the pleasant smell of flowers as you are approaching the house), and quiet (all you can hear is the birds chirping during the day). The interior is exceptionally clean. I want to emphasize that there were absolutely no odors (including the dank/musty smell of so many of these rentals - especially in older properties). I was surprised at how big this apartment is. The ceilings are over 9 foot tall throughout the apartment. The living room, kitchen, bathroom, and bedrooms are very spacious (although the photos make it seem like it will be a cramped interior), with lots of closet space. I only stayed 2 nights, but it was a very good experience for me.
