The caboose and adjoining bath house were fabulous! All the little extras made for such a fantastic stay. The hosts thought of so many things to make the stay exceptional. Very unique and fun home. Great jumping off location for the Cataloochee Valley in the Smoky Mountains NP. Very Clean and nicely equipped. In a private rural setting, but civilization (Waynesville) is only about 15 minutes away. This is a home where the owner pays a lot of attention to details, and it makes for a very enjoyable stay.

Amazing couple’s retreat!

My husband and I stayed at Station 451 to celebrate our 15th anniversary and had the most amazing time reconnecting with each other and with nature. The place was immaculately clean, adorably decorated and very cozy and romantic. We loved the outdoor shower, the waterfall, the covered porch living space to drink coffee in the morning and cocktails in the evenings. Brooke thought of everything we would need to make our trip special. We truly enjoyed every moment at the caboose!

We are 80 years old. The bed was too close to the wall to enter or exit with ease. The weather was too cold for comfort getting to the bathroom at night( which is an issue with older persons) This is a perfect stay for a young couple in warm weather. Not for cold weather. It was beautifully decorated. Just not good for us.
