All the staff were great and so nice. We had our two kids with us and ate at the restaurant downstairs and they were so nice to the kids. Everything was clean and we just really enjoyed our stay.

The room i was originally given had a small bit of trash in the floor. Not enough for a concern but i made management aware for their own reasons. I wasn't expecting anything to come of it but they insisted i take another room and actually upgraded me to a beautiful suite. Great stay and exceptional employees

Hotel and casino was great. The pizza from The Rez was great. Only complaint we had was we were at the end of the first floor and people kept going in and out of the side door. Everytime the door closed, it slammed, so we were woken ip quite a bit. Would stay again but ask to be on a different floor.

This hotel was amazing in everyway, except when we got up the next morning to take showers, there was no hot water. We had to get back on the road quickly so we just did lightnening fast cold showers. I didnt have time to go tell the front desk. But everything else was perfect!!
