Watkins Lake House With Large Lot And Dock

Located on Clear Lake in Watkins MN on almost a half acre gradual grade lot with 100ft of shoreline. Master suite has a king bed. Washer and dryer on main level. Downstairs has bunkbeds with full size mattress, and large 3/4th bathroom, bedroom with queen bed and lakeside views also. Paddle boat, bean bag and many miscellaneous included. Or venture out and find surrounding towns to explore, Watkins is near Kimball, St Cloud, Litchfield, Buffalo and Annandale and about 2hs from the Metro.

Had a wonderful stay. The bedrooms were very cozy. Loved the downstairs area where kids could have fun hanging out with each other. We rented a pontoon from Tonystoonrentals to explore the lake. Would recommend for large families.
