Staff were excellent! Especially Mathew in the breakfast room!! What a glorious soul!! However when we checked in Christmas night at 11pm our room was freezing!! Window and curtains open cold air blasting in!!! Staff dealt well with situation! Brought us a radiator! Gave us toothbrushes and toothpaste as we had forgotten ours! Shampoo and body wash container empty!! But we stayed last year Christmas night and will prob stay next year again!! Merry crimbo all!!

Staff were lovely throughout the stay. They helped us with room location as I anxiously called in advance. It was our first hotel miles away from home. The staff in the bar area helped with warming milk for my young child. The breakfast staff were all amazing, helpful and very kind to us. The room was “standard” but HUGE for us. We had everything we needed and more!! Would highly recommend staying with this hotel and brand again. Above and beyond expectations!!
