Ideal for a small family or a trio of traveling friends. Please keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Join us in our quiet, vibing home in the city. We have three private rooms and 2 bathroom in a newly built townhome in Washington DC. We have conveniently located just a quick stroll from a metro station. We are only a few minutes' drive or train ride from Capitol Hill.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Stretch out in the jetted tub. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a coffee maker.

First and foremost let me start by saying everybody clean is not the same clean! Upon arriving at the property the smell of cat urine and still air was awful. The freezer and fridge was full of left behind food and raw honey trays collected from the bee hive in the backyard, leaving no space for u to put anything in. The listing says no pets but there were 3 pet beds and a cat post and animal hair throughout the whole house locks on all doors as if it was a rooming house! The furniture and carpet was stained and smelled of urine and the back patio was so messy and debris was everywhere. The host had personal hygiene items (soap, toothpaste, toothbrush and used towels)in the bathroom and stated the home was cleaned 2 days prior but other guests just get cleaning items and clean themselves. My family and I could not even stay do to the strong presence of animal hair throughout the house and the sever allergies of animals. These things were brought to the host attention and he tried to fix them however the problems and cleanliness of the property should now have existed and been dealt with before our arrival. The host refused to refund any funds and VRBO was sent video and photos and wasn’t very helpful in resolving the problem my family and I were left out on the streets having to spend more money on a holiday weekend

For me, i would have preferred it was cleaner. I wouldn't try to cook, and dishwasher had moldy dishe in it. It served our purpose though.

Fall Break

Was a little unsure of the location when we arrived at dark. You have to park in the street at a steep incline. The inside of the house matches the pictures. Very nice place to stay and was 4.5 miles to the capital building. We had a family of 6 staying here during our fall break. Returned many nights after dark. Felt much better when we finally saw the place in the day light. Nothing close to eat at. Suggest you eat in Washington DC before returning for the evening. Owner was very nice when we got locked out. Came within 5 mins to fix our issue.
