The building is a little old, but the property was tidy and had everything we needed. Contact Reza to control the air/heating! Very short walk to the Howard campus.

Walking distance from amazing coffee shop, safeway, other restaurants and more.
Reza is by far one of the best hosts ive ever rented from. He is attentive, helpful, always around to call, and never gave any pushback on our requests.
Rezas rental was spacious had everything we needed and was always around if not!
5/5 my goto for all DC trips! (Stayed 11 nights).
