Staff couldn't be more helpful or friendlier. We had a couple of room issues that needed managements help and Manager Juan Carlos and staff did as good a job as possible to correct them. We were so appreciative.... Would be happy to return again. On flip side please get new digital TV's. Your's was way too old. Come On State Plaza. Let's update small things. Same with frosted window doors into bathrooms. Lights go on and light up a room when others are sleeping. That makes no sense....

Great location. Friendly and helpful front desk. Rooms were large and well-equipped with kitchen and seating but outdated. Shower was clogged so we stood in 4 in. of water and the AC blew out hot air instead of cold so we couldn't sleep.
