We never stayed at the property, upon arriving and seeing the condition of the adjoining property and the people that were conducting “street” business in front of the property, I did not feel safe even getting out of my car. I reached out to the host and VRBO and was told that safety is my issue not theirs and I was rude for even suggesting that it wasn’t safe. There was a tent set up in front of the property that was not pictured and I stated that it looked like a homeless person was living there but apparently it’s for if you want to sit outside and not get bit by bugs. Again that was not in the picture of the listing. I wouldn’t recommend this property or this host to anyone. I did not do extensive research and that is on me for just going off his 8 reviews but I chalked it up to an expensive lesson learned because I was refused a refund because safety concerns are not that big of a deal to them apparently.
