For everyone’s safety, a mandatory guest screening is required before check-in.
• Must be completed prior to arrival
• If not completed or not approved, the reservation will be canceled per building policy

• Open daily from 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• Wristbands required for access
• Lost or damaged wristband: $100 replacement fee

🌡️ HVAC System Guidelines
The building manages heating and cooling according to seasonal regulations:
• Heating: Oct 15 – May 1
• A/C: May 15 – Oct 1
• Between these dates, operation is based on outdoor temperature and building discretion.

🚗 Parking Rules
• Display your parking permit on the dashboard or rearview mirror
• Do not park in handicapped spaces without a valid permit
• Unauthorized or improperly parked vehicles may be towed at your expense
