This stay was not consistent with previous stays with Hyatt. Issues we encountered:
-Very little (no?) parking, $65 a night for valet
-AC only worked for awhile and then had to be manually switched off and back on to work. Had maintence sent up and they said we would have to keep opening the panel every couple of hours and to that to have air.
- No air or fan in bathroom, very hot
-No air in halls of hotel
- When we opened the pull out bed, it had used, balled up sheets and blankets from the previous guest
-VERY noisy with traffic outside, sirens were pretty constant all day and night
-In the shower, your choices are either no water pressure (like a trickle) with a decent temperature or good pressure at scalding hot temps
-Bathroom had a heavy glass door that slammed shut loudly when you didn’t close it slowly by hand
-Room phone did not work, just static
- There is no restaurant like advertised. There is a list of a few items and the person working the front desk has to leave their post to actually go cook the food.
-The one positive was the young man working the front desk who did everything from check people in to cook pizzas. I felt bad for him, as this place needs more than he can do. Breakfast was okay. Neighborhood was so so.
