Looks great only on the pictures. In reality, it’s vise versa. Hair in the bathroom sink, stained sheets & carpet. Not stocked, very noisy, not all lights working, etc.

Unfortunately, I could not give the property 5 stars because starting on our first night there (stayed 3 nights) we had no air in the room. The A/C unit went out and only blew fan air. We first reported it by phone call to the front desk and was told that an engineer had been callled and was going to the rooms to reset the thermostats. By the second night my daughter picked up the window for the outside air to flow in (which I'm shocked even went up and had a screen on it) and long story short it never happened and this having complained by phone calls and in person at the front desk (morning and night). We ended up being comped for all 3 nights and facility fees were waived because, undoubtedly, they never had an engineer coming to any rooms to fix the problem. Had this mishap not happened I can say that the hotel lobby and rooms are very clean and well-maintained. I would definitely stay again as long as I am in a room that has central air conditioning that is working with NO issues or problems.

I like the location and friendly professional staff. Too many issues with plumbing- my bathroom flooded out and delayed my meetings. Toilet backed up in another room. I just can’t go back there.

The rooms did not really meet the appearance from the online images. Our room was super small and we barley had room for our luggage as was the bathroom. There was no sitting area as advertised. There was a mildew smell from the carpets.

We loved our stay here. We arrived at 8:55 pm on a Thursday and learned that the restaurant, bar, and room service were ending at 9:00 pm. Yikes! The desk clerk offered to keep our bags in the office if we wanted to hurry into the restaurant and order food. We took her up on that offer and it worked out in a rushed manner. Our friends came later to join us and were not able to order even a drink. That seemed odd in such a large city.

Very close to Metro station and very walkable to all the main sights. Accommodation was generally clean and two queen size beds worked for two friends travellung together. Main downside was the poor soundproofing in the room - we could hear all the discussions in the neighbouring rooms. It is an old building so the fitness centre creates a lot of noise that can easily heard, vibrations can be felt from the running machines and the kettle weights. Remember the fitness centre is open 24/7 and you wont be able to sleep through it no matter how deep a sleeper you are!!! For us, we'd paid more for a park view which means you re very very close to rhe fitness centre - & thete are lots of trees between you and the park - so if youre on the lower floors its probably not worth the additional money. Nice to have tne view but that didnt outway the impact of the fitness centre!
