Fantastic stay at this spacious and pet friendly 2 bed, 2 bath. Check in and parking were perfectly smooth. Super easy with our dog. Everyone was friendly. Beautiful facilities such as garden (even has doggy poop bags), pool and gym. But what can’t be beat is the location. Location, location, location!! 6 minute walk to the mall, tons of great restaurants and shops. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Location is perfect — walking distance to museums and Metro, and we felt totally safe at all times. Tons of restaurants and coffee shops literally steps away. Plenty of space for our family of five, and the washer/dryer was a lifesaver (bring your own detergent). Pool was a huge hit. Would definitely come back.

The property was easy to find, and check in. It was clean and all the necessary items were available between towels, paper products, soap etc. it is located in close proximity to all that DC has to offer, including restaurants, shopping and of course all of the historical landmarks. Would definitely stay here again.

We went to Washington DC and stayed at a pelican 2 bedroom apartment.Having 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms gave us,2couples,our privacy and also being able to spend mornings enjoying breakfast together and nights hanging out recapping our day.Our host was extremely responsive I received either an email or text back within an hour. The apartment was very clean and all amenities were beautiful. It’s in the perfect walking location to all main attractions. There are also many restaurants to choose from within blocks.We are all looking forward to booking with pelican again in another location.I would highly recommend pelican residents.

We stayed here for a week in mid January. On the plus side the property is close to everything we wanted to be close to, very walkable to all attractions. The property was being worked on, the hallways were being either re-wallpapered and / or painted but the inconvience was nominal. The staff and those that helped us were all very polite, friendly and professional and prompt with any requests. The apartment we stayed in did not look like the photos, TBH I would have preferred the wood floors, we had carpeted floors, but the place was clean and quiet. It had two bedrooms, the beds were very comfortable with a blow up third bed which we ended up using the last night. Had we needed an additional bed more than that 1 night I would have gotten an apartment with another bedroom, blow up beds are always uncomfortable and cold. The unit was fairly well stocked, having a washer/dryer and full kitchen was very convenient. The place had huge windows that overlooked the city and we were blocks from the both the arena and the convention center, another big plus. It was perfect for us, with extra room for us to spread out including a living and dining room, 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and W/D in the unit. On the negative side, the leather on the dining room chairs was peeling, the kitchen could use a few more dishes, and some counter top stools, none of that was a big deal to us. If we come back I would rent here again!

Great location

Great apartment right near the National Mall. Great quiet space for our family. Had all the conveniences of home. Wonderful view of the city. Felt safe and close to great restaurants. National Archives just a 3 minute walk. Elevators to 8th floor never an issue. Parking on site. If we come back I would not hesitate to stay here again.
