What great place in the heart of Warwick. Laurie was a great hostess as she kept in constant contact throughout our visit. The suite is just as its name suggests luxurious. The suite has everything that a high end hotel offers, but better! One of the unexpected things is that there is a Nespresso machine along with a Keurig. There are a variety of K-cups and Nespresso pods. The steam shower was awesome especially after having to dig the car out of 16” of snow. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Our favorite place to eat (you have to drive to) was Prime 36.

Luxe Studio is amazing!! Our studio was super comfortable and we appreciated the little extras- coffee/espresso machine and items, cold water and drinks. The location is perfect to explore not only Warwick, but the surrounding area as well

We had a fantastic stay! The apartment was bright, clean, updated, and comfortable. It was so convenient having great dining options in easy walking distance (right across the street in our case). The host was quick to respond to questions. I would note to bring bedding if you plan on using the (really cool) pull out sofabed; that was a detail I overlooked. The full length windows provided so much natural light, even though it rained, and the sheer curtains still gave us privacy. We will look to stay here again for a longer stay next time and definitely recommend.

Beautiful space right on Main street in Downtown Warwick. Everything is new and clean. The bed couldn't be any more comfy, and the shower is worth the price of admission ! There's plenty to do in the area & this makes a perfect home base to do it from. The whole transaction was hassle free & we couldn't have been more pleased with our stay. If you book this one, you really won't regret it.

Spacious and Inviting

The main space was huge and we liked the access to restaurants in town. We only stayed one night but I would definitely stay there again. Shout out to the hosts for giving us a warm and inviting space in which to celebrate our 5 year anniversary!

Lovely condo, great location

We loved our stay in Warwick! The condo is located in the center of town, and walking distance to shops and restaurants. Everything was perfect in the condo - nicely decorated and clean. Exactly as listed and comfortable. We would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

A great quick getaway

We enjoyed the cleanliness and design and of course the shower. We also enjoyed exploring the charming town. There’s an inn across rhe street which has historical significance and nice shops. Just beware that many shops are closed on Tuesday and Wednesday. Look online

Hot day in July

We stayed in Warwick for just one day/night on one the hottest days in July 2024. This loft studio was just lovely, with a terrific location. Everything about the place was first rate for a rental. I would recommend this place without hesitation. The little town is charming and we enjoyed being able to walk to shops and pubs. Other places of interest and beauty and fun were short drives from the studio. The farmers market in town on Sunday was terrific. We were told there’s usually more activity but because of the holiday weekend and excessive heat, things were a little quiet. Very friendly town. I wish we could have stayed longer and explored nearby attractions, but this was a stop along a road trip.

Perfect location and comfort in Warwick

I stayed here for a work trip and could not have asked for a better location and a more comfortable place. Exceptionally clean with high-end touches made for perfect stay. I enjoyed strolling down main street to enjoy a variety of restaurants, shops, and even a bit of history at Baird's tavern across the street! My only drawback was the wifi access was spotty. The owners were super responsive with trying to help me troubleshoot however, I still could not seem to get the connection and speed I needed so I just ended up working from the local restaurants which worked out just fine. Also, there are 4 different codes that are used for different entrances. It helped to keep a screenshot of the VRBO message in which they were shared so I could remember them all. Overall though, I would highly recommend this place for anyone wanting to stay in the heart of Warick in wonderful comfort and hope to stay again should work bring me back to the area.
