Bardzo dobrze usytuowany apartament w Centrum : wszystko blisko. Natomiast, duży PROBLEM dla klientów którzy wynajeli 2 pokoje z KUCHNIĄ. Logika by wymagała że jeżeli klienci wynajeli mieszkanie z kuchnią to chcą w niej zrobić kilka śniadań, obiadów i kolacji...Niestety wyposażenie kuchni i stan aparatów sprawiał że to było nie możliwe : czajnik elektryczny nie działał bo wysadzał korki ; 1(!) garnek ; 1 (!) patelnia ; expres do kawy przeciekający ; stołek w kuchni chwiejny+++ ; żarówka spalona w kuchni i w 1 pokoju ; z kuwety wc przeciek wody... Dzwoniłam do obsługi klienta oczywiście, Pan z obsługi powiedział że skontaktuję się że mną wieczorem albo następnego dnia rano żeby znaleźć rozwiązania na te problemy...dzisiaj wyjeżdżam i oczywiście nikt nie zadzwonił ! Jeżeli pobyt jest z góry zapłacony to klient może sobie robić reklamacje które NIE SĄ WZIĘTE POD UWAGĘ...SZKODA !
