Key attraction was that it was convenient to access the CBD with just a short walk. It's an older style building, but the rooms were comfortable but basic. Staff were friendly. and the cost was reasonable compared to other like motels. I would stay again.

An older motel that has been renovated, not bad. Strange smell in the common area when you walk in, needs attention. Otherwise, if you need a place that is clean, comfortable, not at the top it will do the job

Overall it was generally a quiet place to stay you get your privacy , the staff ask you daily if you needed anything. I will definitely come and stay there again when in Warnambool . It is an affordable place to stay particularly in these costs of living times , only thing is they didn't have an eftpos machine for paying via iPhone but otherwise loved it !! Staff were lovely too.
