This historic home is charming and centrally located within walking distance of downtown and the university campus. There is a private parking lot in the back. I have a studio space for jewelry designing here, but live and spend most of my time caring for my disabled sister in the house next door. You have a private room and bathroom with a full kitchen.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 2 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi.
